Face Shield

A face shield is a device of personal protective equipment (PPE) purpose to offer larger face protection than goggles for the wearer from hazards such as flying objects, chemical splashes, or potentially biological infectious. The design structure comes with a headband and a flat or curved shield which increases the protection area and allows to wearing of safety glasses or goggles inside of the face shield if needed. A specific type of face shield such as a welding mask can protect the wearer from energy, radiation, or heat.
